This is a spread I wrote to use when my own gender dysphoria acts up out of nowhere and I need a little help.
NOT MINE ORIGINAL IS in source
Cards count: 3
- Card 1 - 1. What triggered my dysphoria? Was it something that happened recently? Am I wearing something that is working against me right now? Did my own body trigger me? Or is it an accumulation of small things?
- Card 2 - 2. What can I do about it right now? Sometimes the root trigger isn’t something I can take care of right at the moment (or at all!). I can’t go out and get top surgery this afternoon, but I can put on a binder or wear something that makes me less aware of my chest, for example.
- Card 3 - 3. How can I avoid/cope with this in the future?Advice on how to get ahead of my dysphoria. Sometimes the trigger is a person saying transphobic garbage, for example. I can block/avoid that person, or I can prepare myself for the next time x cI interact with them; this card will explore how to do that.
