With over 20 years of experience, Kasamba is trusted for accurate readings and long-lasting advisor relationships.
Top Rated Tarot Readers from Kasamba
Kasamba is a powerhouse in the online tarot reading world, renowned for its extensive list of reading topics and seasoned advisors. Here’s a closer look:
Kasamba stands out for its depth and credibility in the online tarot reading world. Their strength lies in the vast selection of reading categories, exceeding 30 options. This includes popular areas like love and relationships, alongside niche specialties such as Chinese astrology and Kabbalah. Furthermore, Kasamba attracts experienced advisors from around the globe. Many boast extensive backgrounds in their chosen fields, and user reviews consistently praise their insightful and accurate readings. However, it’s important to consider two potential drawbacks. Pricing can be a hurdle, with some psychics charging up to $30 per minute. Additionally, as interpretations are based on the advisor’s intuition, results may vary.
Deep Dive into Kasamba’s Offerings
- Reading Methods: Phone, email and chat readings are available.
- Platform: User-friendly website and mobile app for on-the-go readings.
- Pricing: Pay-per-minute with a special introductory offer of 3 minutes free with 3 readers for new members
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Kasamba offers a satisfaction guarantee for your first reading, providing peace of mind for new users.
- Types of Readings: The widest variety you’ll find online, including psychic readings, tarot, love readings, fortune telling, dream analysis, astrology, career forecasts, and more.
- Quality of Advisors: Reputable and skilled, with many specializing in specific areas.
- Customer Support: Kasamba’s customer support is accessible within 1-2 business days through a support ticket system. When creating a ticket, the process takes about 5-10 minutes, as they inquire about specific details to properly categorize your concern. You’ll need to identify the nature of your issue, whether it pertains to your account, payments & refunds, technical issues, or if you’re an advisor seeking assistance. Additionally, Kasamba offers a comprehensive FAQs section and a Knowledge Base on their website, which addresses the most common issues faced by users.
I recently reached out to Kasamba’s support team and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me. It only took a day—less than 24 hours, really—for them to respond. They were super helpful, walking me through the technical hiccup I had stumbled upon, and they even threw in a discount as a thank you for sticking with them. The response was thorough, addressing all my questions in one go. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest customer service experiences I’ve had.
- Privacy: Kasamba prioritizes user privacy with advanced encryption and security measures.
What Users Are Saying on Trustpilot
“Simply the best. Good variety of advisors with a wide range of price brackets. Every so often the site also tempts you with offers which reduces the price even further which I find brilliant especially if your on a fixed budget. If for any reason you have had an IT issue Kasamba will immediately recompense you with a discount voucher which is appreciative.” – M. Owens
“I have very fast and supportive advisors. They are very compassionate. And I always come back to them.” – Miriam Hirson
Getting Started with Kasamba
I had the opportunity to explore Kasamba firsthand. Let me walk you through my journey and share my thoughts on getting started with this platform:
- Logging In: I visited Kasamba.com and clicked on “Log In” at the top right side of the website, above the navigation menu. The Kasamba login page offers Google, Facebook, and Apple login options, in addition to logging in with an email. I chose to log in using my Gmail account. Once logged in, I was redirected to the homepage where their top 73 psychics are featured, offering various types of readings.
- Exploring Advisors: You can search for an advisor’s name if you know one, or the type of reading you need. Alternatively, you can select from their list where they display each advisor’s expertise, description, fee per minute, rating, and number of reviews. Since I didn’t have a specific reader in mind, I searched for “dream” to find experts who specialize in dream analysis, and I wasn’t disappointed with the results.
- Filtering Options: I can filter by category or type of reading, as well as by price. However, one drawback is the inability to sort the readers by availability. It shows “Notify Me” if they are unavailable and “Let’s Chat” if they are online. It can be frustrating to find an available reader quickly when many are away. I wish there was an option to sort by availability and see online readers first.
- Initiating a Chat: Upon finding an available reader, I clicked the “Let’s Chat” button, which brought me to a page to input my billing information. Payment options included Credit Card, Paypal, or Google Pay. By entering my billing information, I received 3 free minutes, and my card will be charged only after the free minutes expire.
- Depositing Funds: I chose Paypal and was prompted to select an amount to deposit, with the minimum deposit being $25 and the maximum $500. Any leftover funds will remain in my account for future readings.
My Personal Takeaway on User Experience
Kasamba offers straightforward services. I like their convenient login process, with options to log in via Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts. The platform boasts a diverse range of psychic readers, making it easy to choose based on relevant criteria. However, I suggest adding a feature to sort or filter advisors by availability. Overall, the site is easy to navigate, making it comfortable for anyone new to psychic readings. Based on my personal experience, I rate Kasamba’s user experience a solid 4.5 stars.
The Verdict
Kasamba is a strong choice for those seeking in-depth guidance from experienced tarot readers and advisors with a wide range of expertise. With a user-friendly platform offering phone and chat consultations, Kasamba caters to preferences for voice, email or text-based readings. While some psychics can be expensive, the introductory offer and satisfaction guarantee for first readings can help mitigate those concerns. Kasamba’s focus on advisor quality and user reviews makes it a credible platform to explore the world of online tarot readings.
For Personalized Video Readings
Purple Ocean – $6 Rush delivery reading
Known for its lively community and whimsical approach, Purple Ocean connects you with talented psychics through personalized video readings.
Top Rated Tarot Readers from Purple Ocean
Purple Ocean isn’t your average online psychic platform. They specialize in personalized video readings, offering a face-to-face connection with experienced advisors.
Purple Ocean shines with its focus on personalized video readings. This unique format allows for a more face-to-face connection with your chosen advisor, potentially leading to a more engaging and insightful experience compared to text-based readings. They also boast a strong selection of reading options beyond just tarot, including dream analysis, angel insights, and even palm reading. Additionally, their advisors undergo a rigorous screening process, ensuring a certain level of qualification.
However, Purple Ocean also has some drawbacks. Their app-only platform might not be ideal for everyone, particularly those who prefer desktop access. Video readings can also be more expensive compared to text-based options offered by other platforms. Finally, it’s important to remember that psychic readings are subjective interpretations, so results may vary depending on the chosen advisor.
Deep Dive into Purple Ocean’s Offerings
- Reading Methods: Purple Ocean focuses on personalized video readings, offering a face-to-face experience with your chosen advisor.
- Platform: Purple Ocean operates exclusively through its user-friendly mobile app (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store).

New users can sometimes find introductory offers that reduce the per-minute rate. Be sure to check the app for any current promotions!
Pro Tip: Instead of buying credits through the App Store/iTunes or the Play Store, check out Purple Ocean’s website for some sweet deals on deposit rates. Oh, and here’s a little insider info—every month or so, they have a sale on the app where each reading gets a $6 discount. So, keep an eye peeled for those deals, you won’t want to miss them!

The option to attach a file was also available, should there be a need for it. The promised response time is 1-2 business days, and true to their word, Vanessa received a reply on the second day.
Adding to this, Vanessa discovered a handy tip from the support: buying credits directly from Purple Ocean’s website is more cost-effective than making the purchase through the App Store/iTunes or the Play Store. The support team’s reply was not only prompt but also incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing her with all the details she needed to address her concerns. - Privacy: Purple Ocean prioritizes your privacy and provides a safe, judgment-free environment for your readings. They utilize advanced encryption and security measures to protect your information.
What Users Are Saying on Trustpilot
“Amazing company! Top advisors in the world. Advisors have to have years of experience and go through a number of strict psychic background checks and testing before being allowed to be a reader on the platform.” – Jessica C.
“This company, their advisors, and their suite of apps provides an exceptional customer experience.” – Lakisha Bealer
Getting Started with Purple Ocean
Vanessa recently explored the Purple Ocean platform, and she’ll share her journey and thoughts on getting started with this intriguing platform:
- App Installation and Initial Impression: To begin, Vanessa installed Purple Ocean from the App Store. Its light size of 148.5 MB and impressive 4.9-star rating sparked her interest immediately.
- Convenient Login Options: The login screen offered convenient options to continue with her email or through her Apple, Facebook, or Google account. Opting for her Apple ID, Vanessa swiftly entered the platform.
- Exploring the Home Screen: Upon logging in, she was greeted by a dynamic home screen showcasing psychic stars, trending advisors, top accuracy votes, new advisors, and those offering live video and voice calls, as well as live chat. This layout provided a comprehensive overview, displaying each psychic’s alias, expertise, star rating, number of readings, and years of experience.
- Detailed Psychic Profiles: Clicking into a psychic’s profile revealed more than just star ratings and tenure. Vanessa appreciated the inclusion of happy and sad face icons, representing customer satisfaction levels. Some profiles even included short introductory videos where psychics discussed their readings. Detailed descriptions, service fees, biographies, and customer reviews enriched each psychic’s profile, which she found particularly engaging.
- Interactive Filtering: Unlike platforms like Kasamba, all the showcased psychics were available online during my exploration. She could easily filter readers by delivery time (24-hour or 1-hour), service type (video call, voice call, chat), accuracy ratings, and advisor status (new, offline).
- Credit Purchase and Payment Options: After selecting a psychic for a video reading within 24 hours, she proceeded to purchase credits. Purple Ocean offered two convenient options: load $12 for $11.99 or load $18 for $17.99, both accessible through iTunes in-app purchases.
Vanessa’s Personal Takeaway on User Experience
Purple Ocean provides a user-friendly experience, showcasing psychics with transparency and a wealth of information. Vanessa particularly appreciated the live reviews section, allowing her to easily sort between positive and negative feedback. The straightforward payment options were also a highlight, eliminating the need to input card details or log in to third-party payment platforms. The only drawback she noted was that refund requests on the app must go through Apple iTunes or Google Play, rather than Purple Ocean directly. Overall, based on Vanessa’s personal user experience, she rated Purple Ocean at 4.7 stars.
The Verdict
Purple Ocean stands out for its personalized video readings and commitment to connecting you with highly-rated advisors. The user-friendly app and affordable pricing (especially for new users) make it an attractive option. However, the app-only format and the cost of video readings are important considerations. If you value a face-to-face connection with your advisor and are comfortable with a mobile app, Purple Ocean is a strong platform to explore the world of online psychic readings.

Getting Started with Mysticsense
I recently delved into the world of Mysticsense. Let me take you through my experience and reflections on getting started with this captivating platform:
- Exploring Psychics:
To begin, I clicked the enticing “Get Started” button on the homepage, which promptly led me to a page displaying an extensive list of their Psychics. Unlike other platforms, what stood out to me about Purple Ocean is the vast array of sorting and filtering options available. I could organize psychics by date created, name, or price, and refine my search further by status (online, offline, busy), badges (e.g. top-rated, popular), specialties (e.g. love, career, money), tools (e.g. tarot, runes), and reading styles (e.g. direct, compassionate). This level of customization allowed me to quickly identify psychics that aligned with my interests.
- Connecting with a Psychic:
Upon finding a psychic who resonated with me, I eagerly clicked the “Connect with me now” button, which redirected me to the registration page. Unlike other platforms such as Kasamba and Purple Ocean, Mysticsense doesn’t let you log in with Google or Facebook. Signing up took 3-5 minutes.
- Email Verification:
Following registration, I received a verification code via email, which I promptly entered to proceed.
- Phone Verification:
The journey continued as I was directed to a Deposit page where I needed to input my phone number for further verification. Another code was sent to my phone to complete this step. According to the website, this phone verification process would prove invaluable for future interactions, particularly when making phone calls through the platform.
- Payment Options:
Finally, I was presented with different amounts of credit to choose from, $10 being the lowest, and $200 being the highest. They have convenient payment options including debit/credit card or PayPal to complete my purchase.
My Personal Takeaway on User Experience
What truly sets Mysticsense apart, in my opinion, is its precise filtering system, which simplifies the search for the ideal psychic. Additionally, the affordability of deposits starting at just $10, coupled with a satisfaction guarantee, instilled confidence in my decision. However, I believe Mysticsense could enhance user experience by incorporating Google and Facebook login options. Overall, based on my personal journey, I would rate Mysticsense at 4.9 stars for its exceptional service and user-friendly interface.
The Verdict
Mysticsense offers an impressive variety of reading topics, divination tools, and competitive pricing. With a satisfaction guarantee and live chat support, they prioritize user experience. While they may be a newer platform with fewer user reviews, their commitment to affordability and customer satisfaction makes them a strong choice for those seeking a budget-friendly and personalized reading experience.
Our Overall Recommendation
After exploring Kasamba, Purple Ocean, and Mysticsense, Vanessa and I highly recommend Mysticsense as the top choice for your online tarot readings. While Kasamba and Purple Ocean offer unique strengths, Mysticsense stands out for its competitive pricing, wide variety of topics, and diverse pool of experienced advisors. My personal suggestion, leaning towards Mysticsense, is based on their enticing offerings, including a diverse pool of skilled readers adept in video consultations, which foster a more personal connection compared to chat reading and pre-recorded video readings.
